The King Room had a comfy bed and was clean, which I really appreciated. The view of the city was decent, but the room felt a bit cramped. I had a good amount of towels and the cleaning staff was friendly. Just wish it had a little more space to move around, especially for a longer stay.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12superb locationpeaceful retreatfrustrating wifiunnecessary feereservation stress
The location was superb, allowing easy access to popular attractions, making every outing enjoyable. The room was well-presented, clean, and offered a peaceful retreat on the 22nd floor. However, the WiFi was frustratingly intermittent, and the daily fee of $12.95 felt unnecessary. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding my reservation status prior to arrival, which created unnecessary stress during our trip.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel is right in the middle of all the Mardi Gras action. We walked to Jackson Square and enjoyed great beignets at Café du Monde. The location is perfect for catching parades, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead!
One downside was the noise from the street. Occasionally, we could hear loud music and car sirens during the night, which disrupted our sleep a bit. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Had a somewhat quiet room on the 28th floor with a pretty nice view of the city. The staff were super friendly, always making sure I felt welcomed even with everything else going on.
